High Lander provides drone fleet and uncrewed traffic management software solutions to clients around the world. Our platforms empower people to take full advantage of drone technology, while providing authorities with the tools they need to maintain safety in the sky.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced product manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating products that customers love and a proven track record of turning concepts into reality.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Owning the product lifecycle for both web and mobile applications, from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and conducting market research to inform product decisions and define vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

  •  Crafting detailed product requirements based on customer needs and business value.

  • Working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. 

  • Leading user testing and gathering feedback to support KPI-based product development.

 

 

Professional requirements:
​

  • 3-5 years of practical product management experience encompassing the entire product life cycle, with a focus on web and mobile applications, and a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they apply to mobile and web environments.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, development, QA, marketing).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Monday.com, Jira, and more.

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma for design collaboration and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Experience in theUAS / drone space is an advantage.
