We’re looking for a talented and experienced project manager to join our growing team. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Leading international initiatives, overseeing complex and high-impact projects with key clients around the world. 

• Developing, managing, and executing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, and ensuring their successful implementation. 

• Collaborating with multiple departments including development, QA, product and sales, to ensure project goals are aligned.

• Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed, and creating comprehensive progress reports to provide regular updates to senior management.

• Serving as the primary liaison for international clients, cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships, employing a strong customer-focused mindset while navigating cultural differences with our diverse clientele.
   

Professional Requirements: 

 

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the software or drone technology industry, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.

• Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

• Technologically adept, with a focus on driving innovation and operational efficiency.

• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Office.
